CAIR-Chicago Participates in EEOC Interview
CAIR-Chicago Civil Rights Coordinator, Christina Abraham, accompanied a Muslim man to an interview with the EEOC. The man filed a charge with the EEOC for discrimination based on national origin, religion and retaliation. The man was terminated after complaining to his district manager about the derogatory and discriminatory manner in which his store manner dealt with him. The EEOC filed the charge and will issue an investigation into the charges.
