CAIR-Chicago Represents Another Muslim Man Experiencing Citizenship Delay in Court
CAIR-Chicago attorney Heena Musabji represented a Muslim man who has been waiting for over three years since passing his citizenship interview. The judge noted that the delay was unreasonable, and gave the government until December 19 to move the application forward.
CAIR-Chicago continues to represent Muslims facing delays in obtaining their citizenship.
