CAIR-Chicago Attorney Represents Citizenship Delay Client in Update Interview

CAIR-Chicago Attorney Bitta Mostofi represented a client experiencing citizenship delay in an update interview with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. After years of waiting for his citizenship, and having filed a complaint in federal court, USCIS expedited the client’s case and scheduled the update interview. The client will appear to take his oath for naturalization in the upcoming week.
