CAIR-Chicago Attorneys Represent Clients in Two Citizenship Delay Status Hearings
CAIR-Chicago Attorneys Heena Musabji and Bitta Mostofi represented clients in status hearings for complaints filed in federal court regarding citizenship delays. Both clients filed complaints after having passed all necessary requirements for obtaining citizenship, but have been waiting for years due to the FBI name check process. CAIR-Chicago will continue to represent the clients on their citizenship delay cases.
