CAIR-Chicago Civil Rights Coordinator Christina Abraham appeared on Radio Islam to discuss the perception of Islam and Muslims by American society. Abraham discussed the ways in which Muslims are perceived as threats by the media, government, and mainstream society, and how that perception impacts Muslims living in the United States. Abraham also discussed what the Muslim community can do to address and counter such perceptions.
