CAIR-Chicago Represents Muslim Man in Update Interview for Citizenship
CAIR-Chicago Staff Attorney Bitta Mostofi represented a Muslim man in an update interview for citizenship. Mostofi had filed a complaint in federal court on behalf of the man regarding the three-year delay in adjudicating his application. The man passed the interview for citizenship in 2004 and had been waiting ever since.
CAIR-Chicago continues to represent individuals experiencing delays in obtaining citizenship.
