CAIR-Chicago keynote speech “Hunger for Humanity” at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign

The Muslim Law Students Association will be hosting a free dinner to feed those who have volunteered to fast for a day or who have volunteered to sponsor a faster. For each person that signs up, sponsors have agreed to donate money to the Eastern Illinois Food Bank, fulfilling the “Hunger for Humanity” theme.

CAIR-Chicago Executive Director Ahmed Rehab will deliver the keynote speech on the role of human rights, civil rights, and civil service in Islam.

When: Tuesday, October 9, 2007; 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.

Where: The University of Illinois College of Law; 504 East Pennsylvania Avenue – Champaign, Illinois 61820
