Ashqar Sentencing Rescheduled
Dr. Abdelhaleem Ashqar’s sentencing trial is scheduled to continue on November 21, 2007 at 8:30 a.m.
During the sentencing trial on Wednesday, November 8, 2007, prosecution called an FBI agent to testify and defense attorney William Moffit cross examined the witness.
As of now, verdict is anticipated during the continuance on November 21, 2007.
