CAIR-Chicago Civil Rights Director Speaks at Northwestern University

CAIR-Chicago Civil Rights Director Christina Abraham spoke to Northwestern University students about how Muslims in America contribute to continuing the civil rights legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and how the movement is relevant among Muslims in America. She also discussed how the movement is consistent with the teachings of Islam. Approximately 30 students attended the event held in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
