CAIR-Chicago Staff Attorney Represents Muslim Man Experiencing Citizenship Delay at Update Interview
CAIR-Chicago Staff Attorney Tricia Kemling attended an update interview with a man who has been waiting for almost four years for citizenship. CAIR-Chicago filed a complaint in federal district court on behalf of the man, asking for the court to grant his application for naturalization. At the interview at United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the man’s application was approved.
