Executive Director Delivers Lectures at Institutions in Cairo, Egypt

This April 29, Ahmed Rehab, the Executive Director of CAIR-Chicago was invited to lecture at the Institute of Diplomatic Studies in Cairo, Egypt. The Institute is a part of Egypt’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Rehab was invited to speak to an audience of foreign diplomatic corps that will soon be stationed in the U.S. and around the world.

American University in Cairo

Later that same day, Rehab delivered a lecture at the American University of Cairo. He spoke to political science students about the Muslim-American immigrant experience. He discussed the role Muslims are playing in American civic society, the opportunities and challenges they face and their contributions to mainstream America.
