Civil Rights Director Represents Muslim Man at Status Hearing for Employment Discrimination Case

Civil Rights Director Christina Abraham represented a Muslim man at a status hearing for an employment discrimination complaint. CAIR-Chicago filed a complaint on behalf of the man alleging discrimination on the basis of his religion and national origin, as well as retaliation for complaining about the discrimination. The parties outlined the schedule for pre-trial discovery on the case. CAIR-Chicago will continue to work for a positive resolution to this case.
