Staff Attorney Files Motion to Dismiss Case After Muslim Man Obtains Citizenship
CAIR-Chicago Staff Attorney Kevin Vodak filed a voluntary motion to dismiss a citizenship delay complaint. The man was naturalized mid July after first applying for citizenship in 2004. Vodak asked the court to dismiss the man’s complaint because he had been naturalized. CAIR-Chicago will continue to aid those experiencing delays in obtaining citizenship.
