Ahmed Rehab, Executive Director, Re-Elected to Board of Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights (ICIRR)
CAIR-Chicago Government Affairs Coordinator Sadiya Ahmed attended the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights (ICIRR) annual membership meeting at the ICIRR office in downtown, Chicago on Thursday, August 14, 2008. During this meeting, Ahmed Rehab, CAIR-Chicago Executive Director, was re-elected to the board. Also discussed at the meeting was the fate of immigration reform after the presidential election this year. Following the meeting, a panel discussion with political consultants took place where participants were able to ask questions and get direct feedback.
