Steinberg is on point

I was pleasantly surprised to find myself in complete agreement with Neil Steinberg’s column, “Before you generalize about the major.”

Placing blame on an entire institution for a single man’s actions is a dangerous practice, which this article perfectly sums up. It is racist to prejudge a person based on your opinion of their “group,” and just as racist to prejudge a group based on your opinion of a single member.
