A couple of days I was traveling on a business trip from New York to Chicago with my colleages, who happen to be white. At both of airports, I was singled out for exrta scanning and thorough patting down with about two hours waiting until being cleared. At Chicago airport, I was stopped for the second time while boarding the plane despite the fact that , only a few minutes prior to this, I was subjected to thorough full-body scanning and patting down and all of luggage being scrutinized in minute detail. It was a clear case of racial, religious and ethnic-based screening. The whole experience left me with very bad taste about the racial and religious profiling in US.
