You’re Invited to CAIR-Chicago’s “Taste of Ramadan” Iftar and Cook-off

CAIR-Chicago invites you to join us Thursday, August 26 for our annual Iftar and Cook-off, at our office. Meals will be made by CAIR-Chicago staff members in a potluck competition, and you – our guests – will vote on the best dish!

Last year, we were delighted to host over 100 guests to relish in more than 30 dishes representing 20 cuisines from all over the world.

This year, we’re taking it up a notch, with nods to Iron Chef—there will be a special ingredient used throughout all of the dishes!

So come taste diverse cuisine from around the world, for FREE, and spend some time with us.

NOTE: Please notify us of any food allergy. If you would like to contribute to the iftar, share the name of the dish, and its recipe’s country of origin. If possible, please prepare zabiha, halal dishes, entrees and desserts.
