CAIR-Chicago's Cultural Sensitivity Speaker at the Art Institute of Chicago

On October 25, CAIR-Chicago's Cultural Sensitivity Speaker, Veronica Zapata, gave a presentation at the Art Institute of Chicago to 30 students in a course analyzing democracy. The presentation consisted of basic information on Islam and the Muslim culture as well as America Post 9/11. The latter part of the presentation entailed the experience of Muslims in the U.S., research data, and the response of Muslims in hopes aiding national security. According to the professor of the course, she received very good feedback from the students and found the presentation to be "very impressive."
