CAIR-Chicago Attends DHS Community Roundtable

CAIR-Chicago Civil Rights Coordinator met with representatives from various Department of Homeland Security agencies and other Muslim organizations to discuss issues pertinent to the Muslim community. Among the issues discussed were the incident where several Muslim Imams were kicked off a commercial flight, airport incidents where Muslim women were required to be photographed without their religious headscarves (hijab), and the Muslim community's concern over counter-terrorism training videos for law enforcement.
