CAIR-Chicago Attends Immigration Case at USCIS

CAIR-Chicago PILI Fellow Elisa Jillson represented a man at an appointment with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to inquire about an appeal the man had filed to the denial of his naturalization application. Jillson was told that the man’s file was not at the local office. CAIR-Chicago will continue to advocate on his behalf to seek out a determination on his appeal. Copyright © 2008 CAIR-Chicago
