JOB OPENING: Operations & Finance Coordinator

CAIR-Chicago is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, self-starter to fill the full-time position of Operations & Finance Coordinator.

We are looking for an individual who has 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a small business or nonprofit environment. In addition, this role will handle ongoing front office responsibilities, assist in donor management & outreach, IT support, and other administrative and financial functions.

The role functions as assistant to the Deputy Director and reports to and works alongside him in managing the internal operations of the organization. This Operations & Finance Coordinator is expected to frequently visit our downtown Chicago office.
