Hoda Katebi to Speak at Hedges School

On Friday, May 19 Communications Coordinator Hoda Katebi will be speaking at Hedges Public School on Feminism and Islam to several 8th grade classes. Part of a program series entitled "becoming a man," Hoda's talk will discuss the hijab, Orientalism, and Islam from a feminist perspective. The talk will be centered on discussions about current pop culture, media, and news.
