'TIES THAT BIND' 9/11 INTERFAITH GATHERING AT MOSQUE WHAT: 'Ties That Bind' is a documentary that premiered in Barcelona at the Parliament of World’s Religions’ and UNESCO’s “Pathways to Peace” conference and has aired several times on Chicago’s PBS Television Station, WTTW11. Since then, a dozen town hall meetings have brought local diverse groups together. On the fifth Anniversary of 9/11, the Muslim community of Bridgeview is hosting such a gathering as a statement that hate and misunderstanding shall not prevail.
