CAIR-Chicago Staff Attorney Presents at DePaul Legal Clinic

CAIR-Chicago Staff Attorney Heena Musabji presented at the DePaul College of Law Asylum and Immigration Law Clinic training titled, “Newer Practitioner Training on Basic Immigration Topics.” The audience was comprised of Chicago area Community Based Organizations that provide direct immigration services to low income individuals. The presentation was on Citizenship and Naturalization highlighting naturalization requirements, abandonment of residency and deportability, the Child Citizenship Act, and responding to delays in obtaining citizenship.

Other presentation topics included: family based petitioning and inadmissibility grounds.
