- A Muslim woman working in a public school reports discriminatory treatment by her principal who restricts her freedom of expression more than that of her coworkers. CAIR-Chicago will continue to monitor the situation.
- A Muslim teacher faces possible suspension based on a charge that she assaulted a student. CAIR-Chicago has advised her of her legal options.
Criminal
- The garage of a Muslim man’s home was painted with graffiti and a window of his vehicle was broken. CAIR-Chicago will continue to monitor the situation.
Government
