Hoda Katebi Speaks at Muslim Ban Press Conference

On January 27th Communications Coordinator Hoda Katebi spoke at a joint press conference with members of the Council of Islamic Organizations of Greater Chicago (CIOGC), the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights (ICIRR), as well as other civil rights and faith leaders. Katebi denounced the Muslim ban, calling it a draconian and harmful, noting its similarities to NSEERS -- the National Security Entry Exit Registration System created under Bush in 2002.
