(CHICAGO, IL, 8/13/2025) — The Chicago office of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-Chicago), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, welcomes the guilty plea of Dallas Humber, 35, of Elk Grove Village, Illinois — a community in Cook and DuPage counties — who admitted to leading the white supremacist terrorist organization known as the Terrorgram Collective.

Humber pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including soliciting hate crimes, conspiring to provide material support to terrorists, and soliciting the murders of U.S. federal officials. Prosecutors say that from July 2022 until her arrest in September 2024, Humber used her leadership role to direct and encourage violent extremist activity, including attacks on energy infrastructure and plots targeting officials and civilians in the U.S. and abroad.
“Humber led a transnational terrorist group promoting white supremacy, hate crimes, and violence, including soliciting the murder of U.S. government officials,” said Assistant Attorney General for National Security John A. Eisenberg in a DOJ press release. According to the Department of Justice, the group’s influence extended internationally, inspiring acts of terror in Slovakia, Brazil, and Turkey. Humber now faces up to 30 years in federal prison, with sentencing set for December 5, 2025.
“This guilty plea represents a long-overdue measure of accountability against one of the most dangerous purveyors of white supremacist terror in recent years,” said CAIR-Chicago Communications Coordinator Hafsa Haider. “Her case is a reminder that white supremacist terrorism must be confronted with the same urgency and resolve as any other form of violent extremism. From Pilsen to Elk Grove, our communities have seen firsthand the damage caused by hate-fueled violence.”
