CAIR-Chicago Leads Civic Power & Legal Advocacy Workshop for Northwestern University Students’McSA

On February 11, 2026, CAIR-Chicago’s Legal Director, Heena Musabji, and Communications Coordinator Jordan Esparza-Kelley, joined the Muslim Cultural Students Association (MCSA) at Northwestern University for their “Discover Islam Week”, leading an engaging and passionate workshop titled “Upholding Our Rights: Civic Power and Legal Advocacy.” Students explored how to protect their civil rights, build civic power, and navigate legal challenges with confidence and clarity.
