CAIR-Chicago has supported artist Lali Khalid's multimedia portrait project exploring the lived experiences of Muslim immigrants in the Chicagoland area. Through photography, audio, video, and narrative text, the project documents the emotional, social, and cultural complexities of immigration—focusing on themes of identity, belonging, resilience, and representation.

Join us in celebrating the opening of the exhibit with dialogue and a reception on June 25, 2026 at the Glass Curtain Gallery – 1104 S Wabash Ave, Chicago, IL, from 6:00pm - 8:00pm. The exhibit will run until October 3, 2026. REGISTER HERE!
