The Chicago office of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-Chicago) announced today that it has filed a complaint in federal court on behalf of a Palestinian Muslim man who claims to have suffered discrimination and wrongful termination by his employer, U.S. Foodservice Inc.

I was surprised that the Daily Herald printed the blatantly racist article by Susan Estrich, “The reality of racism.”

The article, “Report: ICE violates rights” (from the July 29 issue), provides your readers with a much needed opportunity to learn about how the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) are stripping away the rights and privileges of immigrant inmates.
