Terms & Conditions

Ticket Required: Each attendee, including children dining for the main event (if applicable), must have a valid ticket for entry.

Guest Registration: Please enter the name of the attendee who will be checking in at registration as the ticket purchaser. If you are purchasing a ticket on someone else's behalf, please use their name as the purchaser.

Tables & Sponsorships: If you purchase a table of 10 or a sponsorship package, please provide your guest names during checkout. If you don't have the full list at the time of purchase, you may email it later to info@cairchicago.org or call 312-212-1520 before the event so we can prepare a personalized welcome for your group.

Photo ID: A valid government-issued photo ID may be requested at check-in.

Refund Policy: Cancellations/refund requests must be made via email to info@cairchicago.org or over the phone 312-212-1520.

Event Changes: CAIR-Chicago reserves the right to modify the program, speakers, schedule, or venue if necessary.

Photography & Recording: Photography, audio, and video recording will occur throughout the event. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in future promotional, educational, and fundraising materials. Guests who wish to opt out should notify event staff upon arrival.

Event Security: For the safety and comfort of all attendees, private security personnel will be present throughout the event.

Code of Conduct: CAIR-Chicago is committed to providing a welcoming and respectful environment. Disruptive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

Accessibility: If you require disability accommodations, interpretation services, or dietary accommodations, please contact us in advance so we can make every effort to assist.

Dietary Restrictions: A zabiha halal chicken entrée will be served, with vegetarian options available upon request. Please notify organizers of any allergies or dietary restrictions before the RSVP deadline.

Force Majeure: CAIR-Chicago is not liable for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond its control, including severe weather, public health emergencies, or government orders.

Childcare Available: Babysitting for children ages 3+ is available for $15 per child and can be purchased at the door. Activities and food will be provided.
