CAIR-Chicago Joins Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson In Signing the New “ICE on Notice” Executive Order
This morning CAIR-Chicago, Muslim Civic Coalition, and many community allies joined Chicago’s Mayor Brandon Johnson as he signed the “ICE on Notice” executive order; which will allow for the prosecution of ICE agents who have brutalized Chicagoans. We appreciate the Mayor’s commitment to making Chicago a better city for everyone, and helping create pathways for justice in the aftermath of so much harm done to our communities.
