For generations, South Asians Americans have fought for recognition, belonging, and full citizenship.

Now, 30+ organizations have joined an amicus brief filed by SAAJCO and Davis Wright Tremaine LLP (DWT), urging the Supreme Court to reject an Executive Order targeting birthright citizenship.

Citizenship is a constitutional guarantee. It should not be made conditional.
