CAIR-Chicago Law Clerk Mani Mostofi represented a Muslim man at an infopass appointment with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) regarding his citizenship delay case. The man passed his interview and exam for citizenship in 2006. CAIR-Chicago will continue to represent this man regarding the delay in obtaining naturalization.
